Making a Booking
It is possible to book a policy online in 4 easy steps. You can even book if you are travelling today. Your policy will be confirmed online and an email confirmation with details of your policy will be sent on completion. If you are not happy with your policy, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the policy as long as the start date has not been reached.

THE FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME (FSCS)

MAKING A CLAIM
If you have purchased travel insurance with a policy number starting ET/TID or ET/AXA then please use the information below to make a claim.

Cancellation of Holiday Insurance
When making a holiday insurance booking with Travel Insurance Discounts and upon receipt of your policy via email, there is a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund except any credit card charges where applicable.
