Ryanair recently confirmed that October will be a month of many changes for the no-frills budget airline. The Irish airline will be making changes to its list of destinations which will affect operations from several airports within the UK.
Ryanair calls it the October Revolution, and will be launching a total of 70 new routes over the course of the month.
October will be the month in which Ryanair will open its new base in Belfast International Airport. As well, the airline will begin new services from Liverpool Airport, Dublin International Airport and Nottingham/East Midlands Airport.
Peter Sherrard, the airline's head of communications said: "These 70 new routes will deliver Europe's lowest fares to over five million additional passengers next year and will provide a massive boost to tourism across Europe."
In addition to the alterations to the UK flight list, the airline will start new services from Barcelona, Pisa, Stockholm, Madrid and Dusseldorf.
