All work and no play for Britons abroad

More than business travellers from any other country in the world, British executives are less likely to combine work and pleasure, according to the results of a recent survey.

A poll conducted by TripAdvisor showed that 13 per cent of British business travellers were willing to admit to visiting a strip club while on abroad for work.

A total of 1,500 travellers responded to the poll from across the world. Overall, almost half (49 per cent) of those who had to travel for business often took the time to add leisure time onto their trip.

However among the British business travellers, only 28 per cent made time for fun while working abroad.
